About Whitney

Baltimore native, Whitney Hines has been in the beauty industry for 10 years. Whitney studied at the Robert Paul Academy of Cosmetology Art’s and Science. She continues to grow professionally with continued education and an open mind to all things hair. She particularly loves blowouts, hair weaving and extensions. 

Whitney is a perfectionist who pays great attention to details and it shows in her work.
